Located at Franqueville-Saint-Pierre, 15 km from Rouen, this house built in 1875 for our family is surrounded with a 800 m² garden. Built with local bricks, this Norman style house can welcome 6 to 8 persons. Wifi is available as well as TV (SFR BOX), with the fiber.

On the front side of the house, on the ground floor, you will find a living room with a 2 persons sofa, a TV, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen. It has a nice of view on the garden and terrace;
2 bathrooms and 2 WC are located on the backside of the house.

Our house was built in 1875 at Franqueville-Saint-Pierre. It has been the property of our family ever since;

Franqueville-Saint-Pierre name comes the merger of 2 towns : Notre Dame de Franqueville and Saint Pierre de Franqueville, in 1970. With 5 600 inhabitants this town is close to Rouen, but with the advantage of being within the countryside;

In the main street, close to the town hall you will find a small shopping mall with several stores : baker's, butcher, fruits and vegetables, hair dresser, a small-sized supermarket, a post office, etc.
